I dont have a logo but if you have a scanner and a nice photo of one you want to use,
Scan the photo Insert as raster image into your CAD software Trace around text with pline or spline Draw Oval Delete raster Hatch where necessary now you have a vector image ready to be scaled as much as you want into any drawing
