This comes with the AutoCAD 2008 installation disk.
So, you don't need to buy it separately.

The short useless little "User Manual" comes with the DVD.
The two-volume, 1700-page "User's Guide" is available free to registered users (well, they get a choice of a couple of different manuals), and for a price to anybody with $25 on the AutoDesk web site:
