This comes with the AutoCAD 2008 installation disk.
So, you don't need to buy it separately.

The short useless little "User Manual" comes with the DVD.
The two-volume, 1700-page "User's Guide" is available free to registered users (well, they get a choice of a couple of different manuals), and for a price to anybody with $25 on the AutoDesk web site:
https://estore.autodesk.com/dr/sat3/ec_Main.Entry17C?SID 515&SP023&CID=0&PID‘2954&PN=1&V1‘2954&CUR„0&DSP=&PGRP=0&ABCODE=&CACHE_ID=0
If that doesn't work, go to https://estore.autodesk.com and search on "user's guide"

My installation DVD disk does have it on in PDF format.
