Need some 2014-T6. 2-1/2" dia. x 6" long. Not having much luck with suppliers. Any help is appreciated.

Appears that's a UK spec--suggest contact your nearest cheese-eating surrender monkey maybe you and him maybe can somehow weasel the specs around to allow buying at less cost the US grade 2024 which will likely prove to have better mechanical and chemical attributes anyways.
Dont blame me for your s*it assed specs they were only invented to serve as an imaginary barrier so as to keep potential EURO participants from exploiting cheaper outside suppliers.

2024 aint stronger. While the tensile is similar the yield is way down.check yer specs and specs. :-)
