I'm looking for 1-2-3 block sets and precision parallels made out of SSteel, so it don't rust. We using it in an environment, it's in contact with water. Found this one on Ebay, Titanium Nitride Coated. Is the coating makes it rust proof or only wear resist? Item number: 330011645861

You might consider having your existing tooling "Black Oxided", "Electroless Nickel Plated", or "Phosphated" (Parkerized). Any of those processes will add a measure of corrosion resistance.
System 3R for sure, and I think Erowa make 420SS WEDM tooling.
If your needs are simple in only needing parallels and 1-2-3 blocks, suggest consider making your own from 420SS. It hardens up to about RC 53/55 and grinds easily.
Wire EDM (and hole popping), especially if the equipment and water is not diligently maintained, is very brutal on tooling. Stainless steel is The Way To Go.

Well I'll bow to your more extensive, and current, EDM experience since it's been literally decades since I used EDM machines to make dies.

The TIN coating is going to be worth more.... bah.. never mind. Szaki is about as thick as a brick, he won't get it.
No need to bow to me, I'm merely a peasant, not a king. All the shops I know of that do wire EDM have stainless tooling. It's common practice.
