Atlas 6" lathe-What's it worth ?

I have run across a 6" atlas (craftsman) lathe in very good shape with a 3 jaw, 4 jaw, faceplate, toolpost, drill chuck, dead and live centers, and lots of misc bits and cutters.

Any idea of a fair price for the lot ?
