I need to replace an 15uf exitation capacitor in a small 650 w / 240 v ac petrol generator, do i install it as supplied un- charged, or will i need to replace it fully charged, if so how do i do this ?
To test the exitation winding what kind of output should i be seeing to the capacitor ?
