Where can I find resources related to medical electrical system (for usa)? It is a more stringent than home electrical system.

Where can you find electricians trained in medical electrical? Do they have a different certification than regular electricians?
What government agency is responsible for inspecting medical electrical system? How often do you need the inspection? Everytime the clinic install a new piece of electrical equipment?
