Electromagnetic Locks that fail secure. Do they exist?

I am looking at installing Electromagnetic locks at a secure facility, however; the one requirement is that they fail secure. Is there any electromagentic lock in existence that has a built in battery backup that would prevent it from a fail safe mode in a power outage?

Thanks!!

Securitron=lifetime warrenty!

One cannot 'fit and forget' such a device. Firstly, you need to consider how many hours it needs to stay locked following a power failure. Secondly the rechargeable battery will not last for ever. It should be replaced every few years.
