Melink safe door replacement

I have a large Meilink safe 60" high by 43" wide by 30" deep, with 5" deep double doors. It is sitting on it's own concrete slab in a closet in the house. Apparently some prior owner could did not have the combination and they cut out a 1ft hole the length the door in the door on which the tumbler was mounted, cutting out the locks in an attempt to open the doors - which failed. You can see the insides of the safe through the hole.

Since the safe is too big and heavy to move out of the house, and basically functional if it had working doors - we were thinking of seeing if the doors could be replaced. Meilink parts department doesn't stock doors and suggested that I try locksmiths who may be abe to access doors to fit on the front of the safe.

Any ideas?

My observation is that big safes are cheap in the used market because they are a pain to move. You might be able to cut a deal with a local locksmith to purchase one of the large safes in his inventory and have him cart off the hulk you have now.

Yeah. Barring some real good luck it will be easier and cheaper to find another complete safe. Use the same safe mover to move the old one out as moves the new one in.
