Does anyone know where I can get a service manual or schematic for a "Defender time lock" for a Major safe? I e-mailed AMSEC but no answer. When I called them they said all tech support people were busy.

what do you need to know? how to repair it? how to open it?
Well both but I guess opening it is my first priority. The previous owner removed the face plate and there appears to be parts missing. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to figure out which two wires go to the solenoid but a schematic would take some of the guess work out of it.
