I have some schlage 'quad' cores that I had purchased off ebay. I am in need of some blanks for these. Can I contact Schlage directly, or are there aftermarket blanks available?

Schlage QUAD and Primus QUAD are "discontinued" restricted keyways. Technically Schlage no longer offers them as product, but they do support existing customer systems. Key blanks are special order and take 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.
You probably need to go through a distributor, but Schlage can drop ship direct.

Yup. However I also have some USRP plugs, and these are the ones that are proving difficult to find keys for.
