too many

I believe they were having problems a publishing time and were doing some updating before the release. Thats what they were telling me when I contacted them about the late updates. Guess they didn't get all their revising done this year.

got a call on an 02 Chrysler today- SHOWED it was transponder.. the column had been destroyed and they just went to the salvage yard and got a complete column,, it worked.. NO transponder..

and that is just one of many I am finding.. I cant really trust the thing back to 00 so far.. --Shiva--

I recall that Chrysler transponders were always listed as "buyer option" Is that no longer the case? Perhaps starting in 04 it is no longer an option but that of course doesn't change the fact that it was an option two years ago. And by the way...there is no better source than ILCO from what Ive seen.

they are listing cars AS transponder that are not, and vice versa.. the 04 Malibo is not a transponder, for instance.. (but some of them are)

and in other cases are not showing optional methods of programming keys in. The first Fords were a 45 minute by hand-now it says it needs a machine to plug in and program.. things like that..

I've used both AutoSmart and Ilco-both work good for me, but there's always variances made by manufacturers. I look at AutoSmart first.
