Inporting spline in Ansys Workbench...HELP!!

Dear All,

I really need to inport a spline made in CATIA (and exported either in IGES or in STEP...) in Ansys Workbench. I only managed to import surfaces and volumes but not points or splines!!!

Is there anyone who could help me??!! thanks a lot...
