I've searched through old post but did not find much new info on Atlas Parts..what I'm looking for is a set of inside jaws for my chuck..the jaws have the number 013300 on them and the chuck itself is "Made in England" with the number 300 on it..any help would be appreciated..

Time to buy a new chuck... old chucks don't usually run true anyhow. Take a look at Bison or ebay sales for a new one...
