if yes, drop me a note at the email on my web site - I'd rather send this on to someone who wants it than to discard it. I'm guessing it's 1970s, I don't find a date, it says "p-gnpr-5(1156)CP" if you can decode that into a date - it's new enough to have area codes and zip codes.
I was an engineer for 3M industrial tape in the 70's. We used year and Julian date for run number IDs. Most likely its mid 1971 if it came from a technical department. The folks over in marketing were on another planet.
