GE Motor hookup diagram needed

I have a Sioux Grinder with a GE Motor. 110 volts, =BD HP, 3450 RPM, Capacitor start. Need the hookup diagram. Have 6 leads, T1 - T6.

I know there is a diagram on the net but where?
