"Lucy" Steam Engine Plans

Anyone have a link to the "Lucy" steam engine plans? This simple engine is made our of Lucite plactic, with a brass cylinder... I had the link at one point, but seem to have lost it.



A search on Google only shows one sample of an Aluminum version,but not the plastic one.
