Arizona is a relatively free state, although there are no such things anymore. Many states have very some restrictions on vehicles registered with historic or collector plates.

I did a search engine request for restrictions on use for vehicles with historic plates in Arizona:

Now, before somebody tries to claim the AI isn't licensed to practice law... there is no law against anybody looking up the law and telling you what it says.

Here in Arkansas they call them antique plates . My '86 pickup and '90 Harley both have them - and they're good for as long as I own the vehicle . The 4Runner has a military/veteran tag , the only "regular" tag on the place is the 2009 Harley trike . No restrictions on driving the antiques that I know of , but I did get asked if I had another vehicle with regular plates . IIRC they recently raised the vehicle age requirement to 40 years , but I'm grandfathered in .
