mystery tool - possibly electronics related?

Hmmm... the linked site demands installation of M$ Silverlight.

Ain't gonna happen... I run a Billy Ware free Mac[1], and plan to keep it that way.

has not even a mention of silverlight.

I run a Billy Ware free PC[1] and had no problem.

[1] With the caveat of wine to play Zuma that my wife "encouraged" me to install; not Billy Ware exactly, but too close for comfort.

Have you looked at the crimps on those bands? I think that it might do quite well for that -- for a specific width of band and crimp piece.

Actually, that is not particularly bad as URLs go. 93 characters, and it fits my usenet window without having to stretch it.

But it *does* want me to sign up with my "Windows Live ID" (to make comments there). And since I refuse to use Windows, that isn't going to work for me. Windows is better dead. :-)

Thanks, DoN.

Hmm ... that did not happen with my OS and browser. Presumably it knows enough to know that there is not a version of Silverlight for Sun's Solaris-10 OS. :-)

Amen!

Enjoy, DoN.
