Here's a surprising one: Congress filed an amicus brief on behalf of the respondents today. Over half of each body -- 55 senators and 250 representatives -- plus Dick Cheney signed it. What's weird is that it contradicts much of the DOJ brief says.
It's also an interesting brief, strongly supporting the individual-rights position.
