Shank Dimensions List

Does anyone know if a list of various shank dimensions on the internet?

I'm attmpting to determine the exact measurements of each Morse Taper(so I can determine which if any can be bored or ground to make another).

There is some info on measuring shanks in my Machinery's Handbook(page

Then again, it is a big book, a perhaps I am not searching with the correct terms.

Any help would be appreciated.
