Has anybody here delt with these before? I ordered some stuff from them and they got the order wrong, now they don't seem to want to answer my e-mails. Anybody here had the same problem? Will have to ring them tomorrow and have a stern word.

I've visited their shop, it seems okay, however, and it's no excuse, they are mainly geared up for supplying professional model makers with trade accounts and the like.

After ringing them up, they have put things right and I am now happy. Seems they just don't reply to e-mails, they had already sent out the goods before I called. An e-mail to let me know would have been nice.
