drill grinding jig

Can somebody point me at instructions for the drill grinding jig like the one sold by screwfix here

I think one of the problems with this sharpener is that rotating the drill in the holder also extends it toward the wheel and the slot in the base then has to be reset. For proper sharpening it is important that the rotary flute position at the wheel be correct in regard to the swing axis. Somewhere on the net (NEMES?) is a photo of one mounted with a separate feedscrew for adjusting the distance to the wheel.
