Sold for 1p
He just needs another 36999.99 now to pay off his legal debts.
Snip
1p, thats pricey. I picked up a Magicolor 2 on Freecycle the other day. Have not got around to stripping it down for the bits yet and a new set of toner cartridges have come up on Freecycle. Waiting to see if I get them. If not its strip down time. Bar, mirrors, lenses, motors, generally more junk for the garage!Recently collected a couple of Record No3 vices. Both a bit rusty, but electrolytic de-rusting shows one in near perfect condition. The other has a cracked slide but still useful. Ok I know I do not need three (I already have one on the bench) but useful for a swap sometime, or a "thank you" gift. Main problem with most Freecycle non working items, is they are often easy to fix quickly. It then seem wrong to break down for the bits so give them away to make space.
Numerous printer have supplied me with excellent bar stock. Non working battery drill, corroded battery link - fixed. Dustbuster - duff charger - fixed. HP Printer - cam out of engagement. Fixed and passed on. Shredder - switch operator had come out of bracket, passed on. (BTW Duff Shredders are an excellent source of Hex bar.) Mini Alloy wheel will be melted down for Al casting.
The best of the lot was a 600mm x 600mm x 600mm Fireproof safe that would not unlock from new. Belted the front of the door with large rubber hammer. Opened, removed the crap designed electronic locking mechanism. Now keylock only. Excellent store for the diamond stones
Anyone else having success with Freecycle?

I'd personally like to clear them for him.
Why thanks, if you can find 32p down the back of the sofa you'll have enough to clear all my debts and buy a 1st class stamp.

Your historical service to Anarchy means absolutely no thanks is needed.
