Iam a grad student at Univ of Kentucky. Iam working on PMMA. I would like to know if positive resist developer MF-319 (contain tetramethyl ammoniumhydroxide) can remove the PMMA? Can it remove PMMA if the PMMA coated sample is in the developer for 12-14 hours?
