Elsa Gloria Video Card Warranty

Hi All,

I thought perhaps this group would have suggestions on how to obtain warranty service on Elsa cards that don't work any more? A six year warranty isn't much good if it is not honored. Has anyone had luck working with Nvidia?

If you paid with a credit card, then check your credit agreement with the card company as you in fact bought the card from them, and they may well assume liability. (They do in the UK anyways, thank goodness)
