Description
----------------- After fixing the index of a record in a repeat region and saving the drawing, the next time the drawing is retrieved, the record's index is no longer fixed. This issue is triggered by two conditions: 1) Bulk items exist in the repeat region, and 2) The config.pro option "open_simplified_rep_by_default" is set to "yes".
Alternate Technique
----------------- Set the config.pro option "open_simplified_rep_by_default" to "no", then fix the index and save the drawing again.
Resolution
----------------- This issue is resolved in Pro/ENGINEER 2001 Datecode 2004090.
