I believe firmly in technology. Try the 'Insert>Advanced' menu. But be sure to go into the 'Tools>Options' menu, first, and set 'allow_anatomic_features' to YES. When you go to the 'Advanced' menu, you'll be delighted to find that you can apply 'Groove, Neck, Tongue' and other anatomic features to your problem. Pro/e offers many paths to satisfaction.
