Position: Field Service Technician Start Date: Open
This position provides field service and technical support to customers for delivered equipment.
Responsibilities -Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Schilling Robotics products in the field. -Establish solid relationships with customers, from management personnel to equipment operators. -Provide comprehensive reporting of field observations and experiences to Schilling Robotics personnel.
Qualifications -Strong electro-mechanical background. -Experience with troubleshooting and repairing controls systems, telemetry systems, feedback devices, and active devices.
Knowledge and Skills Required -Experience with Schilling Robotics equipment and/or related products is preferred. -Ability to interpret and evaluate situations and make quick, accurate decisions. -Ability to travel for extended periods with little or no notice. -Experience as a field service technician with the offshore industry is preferred. -Experience with international travel is preferred.
