Has anyone any insight into why Ky's rocket impacted 20 miles(!) from the predicted impact point and way outside the 3-sigma dispersion analysis he submitted to the FAA?

Hmmm don't know Jerome ... but I do know this, Ky, his money and 17 OTHER people accomplished this ... was US Rockets a sponsor or donate any cash to the project ... now remember Jerome, you are under oath!
