Just took a quick surf through the ATF webpage (explosives section more specifically). I could not find any links to the new LEUP application forms, etc. Can someone direct me to the link....I'm thinking of getting the ball rolling.

There is one form you cannot get online - the fingerprint card. You have to contact the BATFE to get one, and when they send it, they'll include the other forms too...
