Hello,
This is the first time I have been to this newsgroup. What are the rules regarding mentioning ("advertising") of rocketry-related services and/or parts? I don't want to offend anyone.
Regards, Kevin

Well then, you're in the wrong room! This is abuse!
;o)
Just kidding. Lots of folks post rocketry-related ads here, no one really minds much, so long as you put an "[ADV]" prefix on the subject line.
Welcome aboard.
If it's rocketry-related, and you don't flood us with copy after copy of the same announcement, I don't think it wwill bother anyone. (Some will appreciate it if you put a tag such as [ADV] or [FS] in the subject line of a post announcing something for sale.)

There aren't any rules here. Post whatever you want, and if the quantity or fervor of responses is more than you can handle, then you should stop posting those kinds of messages. Otherwise, anything seems to be fair game :-)
that is very good synopsis, David :)
