Actually, you can thank my wife for that uninvite. Since you insist on dragging that up again, I remind you that you chose to insult, drag thru the mud, and denigrate a local hero of Texas, Jim Turner, who died of terminal cancer. After countless chastisements from the rocket community whom you deeply offended, Retta advised me that I head you off of at the pass, as she was convinced that if you dared show your face after your faux pas, ( which you apoligized for past tense, good boy, there is hope for you yet) you would get your pudgy little ass whipped by some real beef eating Texas boys capable of inflicting bodily harm on your carcass. As Retta is adverse towards bloodshed, she convinced me that it was in your best interests to uninvite you, in spite of your seemingly intense desire to meet your grim reaper, not to come. Retta loves ya, albeit, its a TUFF LUV. And should I ever be invited to one of your launches, I pray that if I am a jerk, you will have found a significant other that will save my dumb ass as well.

I would expect that other, more influential BoD members were responsible for that, and other, decisions. If and when Pat is a dissenting vote, he is not in any breach of fiduciary duty.

The onky recourse in that case would be to leave the BoD, but if all concientious members did so, there could never be any reform.

I think there is merit in Pats bringing his ideals to that thankless job, and a fair amount of courage to do so given the character of some of his peers, and the organizational history he has inherited.

Pat has my gratitude, both private and public.

If I was allowed to advertise or have certified motors or be a member of the org I would certainly be publishing an alternative called Experimental Rocket Flyer. That is partially why Bruce is so focused on me. He fears competition more than errortech does!

Remember I was the other one being considered to take over Tripolitan besides Brucie. I wonder how different a world we would have right now if I was the new Tripolitan editor in 1990 instead of Brucie?

I don't hate Bruce. I disagree with his policies and actions. Almost all of them. He was HANDED A FRANCHISE AND LICENSE TO PRINT MONEY AND STILL FAILED. Want to hand it over to me for a 2 year test period?

rmr is store-forward. Visit it 1 hour a day.

Does she like his policy of promising HPR year after year and breaching the promise to each of his "friends" including your wife?

Does she like his presiding over the greatest decline in membership ever?

Does she like his presiding over the largest increase in government oversight ever, largely because of his own actions?

Does she like monies even within the club being spent on extravagances while the club is itself suffering on so many levels?

Does she forgive all blindly because Bruce is a nice guy (confidence man)?

No I can't. I can thank you. You posted about it, you posted you have the temper and she merely moderates it sometimes. Obviously she did not have any investment in moderating your temper that day, or the day you said you emailed the rmr posts to the Truner family in their time of greif.

I didn't do all of that. I posted a BREIF personal experience I had. Period.

I never have those issues at my launches. Your launches must be Tripoli sponsored. There seems to be recurring violence and accidents at those.

given BK's track record, there exists no reasonable assurance that the coming year will be any different than the past (and current), and representing his offer on the TRA website, let alone being a conduit for the money, may be construed as being a willful party to fraud.

BTW, there are still 4 HPR issues outstanding in 2003, following the "August" issue. 10 days and counting ...

As for when their terms expire, that would require digging through the stack of old TR's. At least I know where that stack is...
