Note to self:

1. Submarine crews expendable.
2. When towing a submarine to be scrapped on pontoons, have zero crew onboard.
3. If Russians are involved, all persons involved are expendable (historical preceident).
4. Russians overcome with quantity what they lack in technology.
5. Buy your NASA rockets from Russia and eliminate the PC language and behavior from underqualified NASA directors and managers.
