I have NEVER seen such a thing before on ebay personally.
Probably a collector selling considering the backroom banter about our new classifications.
I thought you werent allowed to sell motors on ebay??
That's a true statement. I think they do allow chemicals to be sold for making motors though.

Notice how the seller dosen't use the word "motor" or "engine" once in the title or description. Unless the buyer (or the administration) knows exactly what they are looking at, it is a very cryptic listing.
