Are train kits from this UK company any good ?

Just curious really if anyone thinks the kits are worthwhile. Are they a good fit? Easy to assemble? Good instructions? Etc?

Thanks

I've never heard of them but there are tons of "cottage industry" model companies in the UK that do good work but don't come to the fore.

Try downloading the directions for their "Peak" update/repower kit and see what the directions look like. They're 3.3 Mb but should tell you what you want to know. (The button is there on the site.)

This is Pete Waterman's company (yes, THAT Pete Waterman). No personal experience, but some of the various companies which form JLTRT seem to be highly thought of. You will probably get more information by asking your question at uk.rec.models.rail Cheers, Bill.

I have lurked in the Finescale world of UK Model Railways - MRJ type thing) for many years and I recognise a few of the kit manufacturers they offer as good quality.

Tried that thanks - looks okay, but I still need to find out if the fit is good from someone with experience of their models.
