Armor Editor Position open at Armorama.com

Dear RMS gang, Due to a change of job locations with one of our editors, we have an open spot for our most active Editor role.

Here is the job description:

Armor Editor The Armor Editor is responsible for all areas of the site dealing with Armor/AFV subjects. This includes Features, Reviews, News, and OnDisplay photo features. The Armor Editor must be able to manage and work with a team (currently 1 but soon 2 Assistants). He/she must have limited knowledge of html and good knowledge of editing photos (preferably in Photoshop). Canidates should have an ample amount of free-time to spend for this work. This could be a 40hr a week for some, a 10hr week job for others. A good canidate should have a real drive to want to make the site the best place for Armor/AFV content on the net. They will want to work with others to improve the visability of Armorama and increase membership. In short they want to "manage" the Armor/AFV section of the site. These are the primary aspects I will be judging applicants on. If you already have a site of your own and have done a good job with that site then that would be a big plus.

My apologies for the quasi-advert, I just wanted to make this position open to the Internet commmunity at large rather than just on my site. But as long as I still have your attention... :)

We are also looking to fill these open positions:

Assistant Aircraft Editor German Community Manager Italian Community Manager Korean Community Manager Spanish Community Manager

If you have questions about these positions please contact me.

Thanks, Jim

Jim Starkweather Webmaster, Armorama.com
