I did a google search using "WWII air sea rescue" and "battle britain air sea rescue" and came up with this site:

as well as mention of aircraft used in air sea rescue that were mentioned on other sites.

There is a lot of chaff amonst the "wheat" so unless you come up with more specific search terms you have some sorting to do. However, there is a lot of useful information on web sites worth looking for.
