There is really only one kit, the Academy kit. All of the others are just inferior and unlicensed copies of it.

Have to agree...and there are tons of aftermarket goodies for it if you're interested in such.

Yes - there is currently only one single-seat Su-27 kit in 1:48 scale - by Academy/Minicraft.
All others are copies and re-boxings.
Academy also make a two-seat Su-27UB trainer.
