what's this? I guess I'm not the smartest pick of the litter, but I always thought there was just the bf110.

A typo? The '100' number was reserved for Heinkel.

I thought it was a typo too. when you google it, all you get are hits for the model, no history of the plane.... lots of other sites have it.

hmmnnn...methinks it's a REISSUE...

Methinks it's just another Revell classic along the lines of their "1/144" scale DH.2 reissue.

At this rate we are quickly catching up with the Japanese and their wonderful mistranslations. The only difference is that their mistakes were in translating, Revell has been doing it in our own language.

You'll be surprised when you open the box and a quarter of a brick and a D.H.2 small enough to fit in a matchbox. Or maybe not; the D.H.2 appears to be a far larger aircraft than I thought, at least when it was used in Luftwaffe service:

Hmm, wonder if you can make them honour that price for the pictured aircraft. ;)
