They're not made for kids. They're made for adult collectors. You don't play with them, you don't even break the seal. The best ones are rated by the Action Figures Authority on a scale from 1-100 with gold, silver or bronze designations. These are then enclosed in a special blister pack and sealed by the AFA for all time. That prevents disputes as to what condition the figures are actually in when they are sold again.
