...but I can't find a model shop/hobby sotre, bar the "toy" departments in a couple of department stores. Any ideas/useful suggestions would be appreciated.

Slight correction. Lembit is not "ex-British", but Estonian submarine. Built and designed in UK for Estonians, though. Taken in use around 1938-39.

PS Can't help with the Tallinn hobby shop right now. It seems they move location of it frequently. Might gone belly up this time.
