I have Issue #12 for IAPR and Issue #3 for Flightpath. Are later issues available in the USA?

**** IAPR Issue #13 is available in Canada so, for sure it must be available in the US.
Flightpath ceased publication as of Issue #3 due to lack of interest [not enough subscriptions]. That one is a loss.
