How many issues of "Aerophile" did Jay Miller publish? I know there were at least two volumes, with at least 6 issues in volume I and 4 issues in volume II.

I have the following Aerophile: Volume 1 No. 1 - 6 Volume 2 No. 1 - 4
I also have Replica in Scale:
Volume 2 Number 2 and 3&4 Volume 3 Number 1; 3; and 4
(I would be interested in completing the sets if copies are available anywhere...) Jack

I'm sure Jim Wogstad would be amused to hear his publication referred to as "Jay Miller's Aerophile Magazine."
