Nobody to my knowledge, but I loved that movie. There was a kit of the ambulance used in Cannonball Run, IIRC.

No vans that I know of - but lots of Jugs kits - just Google" P-47 Models"

No, you got it right - Raquel Welch played Jugs in the movie.
