Hey spammer Dewd you are not playing by the Usenet rules...I don't bother

>all these newsgroups trying to sell...

But You DID repost Spammy's spam for him, thus forcing it past those newsservers whereuopn it had been filtered out.

Thank you very much.

Not.

Moeller has been promising a Flying Car "within the next five years" since

1973, when I first saw it in Jane's. Hasn't quite made it yet, although I did see a 1:32 scale toy of it that I might try to accurize into a model.....

Thelma and Louise broke the law?

And so you reposted Spammy's spam for him. Again.

There's only one thing I have to say:

*PLONK*

The local yokels (wherever YOU may live) in most countries with ordinary cars seem to be incapable of driving them around in TWO dimensions without injuring, maiming and/or killing each other in large quantities. May the Good Lord help us if we ever have personal transport that introduces a new direction.

Good commercial for a Volkswagen Beetle.......

Not to worry, as was posted before, the FAA will always be there to protect us from ourselves. And if that fails, Georgie-porgie will make sure that the economy is screwed up enough so that we can't afford to buy one anyway.

America, what a country!

most people can't even parallel park(or park at all!)...how do you think the'd manage to LAND??

Nothing that might result in President Ted Kennedy can by ANY stretch of the imagination be called safe.

I didn't mind them paying for their crime but the Thunderbird was innocent! ;)

Or an Amphicar....

IIRC, Ted Kennedy was a private pilot at one point, and managed to crash, injuring his back. It is evident that these guys should not pilot anything that flies--not even Oldsmobiles.

Mark Schynert

In 1973 National Lampoon ran a bogus VW ad showing a VW Bug floating in water and captioned "If Ted Kennedy drove a Volkswagen, he'd be President today". VW sued for infringement of trademark and NL had to remove the ad (by hand) from the magazines that had not yet been distributed. NL later ran a retraction that stated that "Even if Ted Kennedy had driven a Volkswagen he wouldn't be president today".
