Does anyone know anything about this kit..............is it a rebox of Dragons kit? or new tooling?

It's the Dragon/Italeri/Zvezda model, with a Dragon A-G weapon set and a large decal sheet. I advise to get the Stream/Strim kit if you want to build an accurate Fencer. It doesn't have the large fuel tanks, so you might want to get the Revell kit for those..
