The pictures of the Polar Lights Enterprise went over so good that I started a RSM Titanic Model from Academy Model Company. I'm documenting each step, all the way to the end. Excellent pictures as well.

a few years back I had started building this same kit with added photo etch from gold medal, I drilled out every porthole and had run fiber optics to almost everyone of them, I ran the optic bundles through the hull bottom to my power source, I was in the process of starting the rest of the ship but saddly during a move the box with kit inside plus numerous other kits were destroyed and I never attempted it again
I would have loved to see that model!
