sure. why not use the new one? i just love rebuilding wrecks, fixing old tech, just doing the archealogy for fun even.

There may be some fun parts to play with in the old one...maybe one day I'll get the itch to tear it apart...it was my first digital camera, so I'm sorta fond of it.

I'll have to do a bit of experimenting with the new one - I just discovered it has a built-in capability to make a reduced sized copy of a snap prior to download - that probably replaced the "VGA Fine" mode on my old one. I just need to experiment with it's modes some.

sounds like you can do a lot of tricks. i need to learn basic photo skills.
