I am wondering if there was ever Ejector seats fitted to the single seater Vampires that served with the RAF.

would seem to indicate not, although I'm no Vampire expert
Sez here none of the single-seaters were ever fitted with ejection seats in RAF service.
The Swiss apparently retrofitted some of their FB.6s with Baker Martin ejector seats.
